Once you receive the item and the courier is still at your door, please try it on.
Kindly note that the courier will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes only.
If you do not like the item, you may return it immediately with the courier in the same condition it was received, and you will only be required to pay the shipping fees.
This is the only way we accept returns or exchanges.
Once the courier leaves and the full amount has been paid, returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.
